So this past weekend was our tourney in Cardiff. What a difference it makes going when you are healthy! (I was suffering "Freshers Flu" at the tournament in Plymouth, and it just wasn't quite as fun. )

It was great playing. Really really great. I'm so impressed with my teammates, and I feel my game has really improved here -- being forced to teach others what I know has really solidified it for me. I think I do well when I'm given leadership. I feel myself improving and its really encouraging.

Frisbee just makes me really happy and I'm SO glad they have a team here. My friends from the frisbee team are the few British friends I have, since I'm mostly living with Americans. The Americans are really great and inspiring people, but they cant teach me the little idiosyncrasies of life in Britain. And frisbee people are such great people. Athletes that are laid back and slightly left of center, its a "hippie sport" and these are my people -- no matter where in the world you find them.

So its now 8:50 PM Sunday, and after leaving at 7:30 Satuday.. its been a great 37 hours. And now its time to eat, shower and sleep.
