+ looked forward to meeting new people and more diverse people.
- wished i could find a room of people discussing inspiring topics instead of being in a noisy club.
- missed home after reading britts email and seeing my friends on facebook
+ looked forward to new adventures here.

it takes time. what i'm realizing is what i'd built at geneseo took time. i didnt fall into a group of friends right at the start. i did transition really quickly, but this is all new. outside my comfort zone. its what i wanted. i want to stretch and grow. this is growing right?

its been a long day. and tomorrow there will be lots to do again.
