Am going to try and keep this short as it's a beautiful day and I want to go to the beach!! :)
After our adventure with the whale shark, we went on to do our advanced diving certificate and it just got better and better. Our best dive was to 30m and we saw a whole load of black tipped reef sharks which was BRILLIANT! We also did a night dive which was very odd but really exciting! We were all sad to leave Koh Tao behind but ready for new adventures. We took the night boat to Surat Thani (DEFINITELY the way to travel!) and then a bus to Krabi where we had a few days just to chill out. Then we took a longboat to Koh Phi Phi which is where we are now. Its really pretty here, we did a tour yesterday around the different beaches and saw lots of monkeys :) We also did some snorkelling and saw lots more fish (sadly no more sharks but Ill keep an eye out!) The best bit though was that we went to the lagoon where they filmed "The Beach". My god! It was so nice, felt like I could have stayed forever. It was really cool too as seeing that film all those years ago was what made me want to visit Thailand in the first place (and boy am I glad I have!)
Anyway, thats a very short version of the last week or so! Hope things are good at home!
