Eh, long time no right. Right back into the eh's again apparently. Don't have much time to write as I don't have much time for anything lately. I seem to have be schedule in showering, eating, and sleeping at the moment, otherwise the need for these things just slips my mind. Schedule over the next few days is not normal at all. 7-3  this morning, 5-2am tonight, 7-3 tomorrow morning and 5-2am again, then 7-3 on Sunday morning. AH!! I'm going to die, and if I don't then I will live to write again. And more than likely work the same ridiculous schedule again next week. I do have Tuesday/Wednesday off though which will be ridiculous. What will I do with myself after my 21 hour sleep I plan on having?

Started the new job at the hotel on Tuesday after yet more stupid work schedules combined with moving all my junk across town into my new room. Work is going well. Lots to learn as one of the two hotels I will be working at (you do shifts at both properties as the owner owns two) is part of a large chain of hotels. So I need to learn all their special requirements, how to word things accordingly, loyalty program stuff, certain phrases that need to be said to script and so on. I don't think it will be too bad, but the first two weeks are always the worst. You feel like an awkward poser behind the desk in your uniform because you can't answer any questions or really do much to help a guest yet, you look the part so you can't hide from it. More importantly the people I work for seem to be really nice and accommodating and friendly. The people I work with are all really nice so far too which is cool. It might have been the case at the previous job if I had had more of an opportunity to work with more people. But I am looking forward to the summer as it looks like the staff all hang out and get together quite often. There was supposed to be a BBQ a few nights ago but it ended up pouring rain all night.

That morning after I woke up to ridiculous amounts of SNOW! Unfreakin believable. Almost JUNE here. I can't even talk about it!! I meant to take pics, but I had to hop her to work at 6:30am so forgot the camera in my rush to get out the door. It's about a 20 minute walk to work, but at least it's some neccesary exercise that doesn't need to be pre-scheduled!!!

It's gorgeous out today. About 15C!!! Gotta leg her to work though. TTYL!!
