Over the border to Tijuana...I think this fair city went the way of NYC in the 80s...its not the frontier town I remember...its clean, police everywhere keeping order, zzzzzzz.  Skipped the bull fight, once was enough to traumatize me for a lifetime.  Apparently its where the ceasar salad was born....ok, just make sure the lettuce isn't cleaned with local water.  Funny to see bus loads of seniors going to buy their pharma-drugs.....funny or sad they cant afford them in their own country?
