We spent a few hours wandering around the British Museum, checking out the Ancient Egypt displays, and most of what was on the ground floor of the museum. It was a good way to kill time for at least a little while before they could check in to their room and have a nap! Once our legs were tired out from wandering around there, we headed back to their hotel, the Royal National, and went to the London Pub for lunch. The London Pub, from that point on, was our favourite place in London! Excellent food for a really good price, fantastic music (Bek's and my favourite part!) and of course, the drinks. After they got to check in and went for a nap, I decided to head down to the Charles Dickens House Museum. Honestly, this one is not on my recommended list for things to do in London. It was rather dingy, and just not all that interesting, I guess. But I guess at least I can say I've been to Charles Dickens' house?
After that, it was back to my hotel room for a bit of a rest for me. After awhile, Bek, Alex and I met for supper. We had some difficulty deciding on a place to eat, but ended up at a Burger restaurant on New Oxford St. The food was alright, I guess. Then we called it a night and headed back to our respective hotels.
