Greetings!
WOW! I am speechless, really about the things I saw in Antarctica. Its amazing to feel so isolated from the rest of the world, experiencing things that so many will ever see.
I have a TON of pictures...fantastic pictures, that I hope to upload today.
Sadly, I am in transit and have only a moment to let everyone know I have arrived back at Ushuaia, where the Antarctic expedition began. This is where part 2 of the tour, the Patagonian Highlands, begins tomorrow.
I prominse to have the journal updated tomorrow, and with any luck the pictures also.

Shawn, so good to hear from you and know your safe and sound and having an amazing time! I thought it was the 9th when we'd all hear from you again, but Lori told me the 12th, and just sat down at my desk now and here was your note.
Weather here is WARM, like 8 degrees yesterday and today but it's kind of annoying...i Want some SNOW!!!
