HELLO FRIENDS! Im a little drunk. its 4 AM ish. TODAY WAS SOOO FUN!! Lets start at the beginning....We started the day by sleeping in because we went out last night randomly....after we drank 4 pints each of strong bow last night we decided to wander the streets, we went to a rando wine bar a few blocks from our hostel, which then was attached to a hotel bar, where we met a bunch of ppl from louisianna and that led to a hang over. anywho. SO we went to buckingham palace to watch the changing of the guard ceremony that happens every day at noon....all the fuzzy hatted guards walk around and salute and theres a drum band with horns and it was pretty sweet..as it turns out, sir buckingham built the place to be a house, but some king liked it and bought it off sir buckingham for £24,000...dumb ass. Soo then we strolled through the royal gardens where we met some pelicans and moochy squirrles, and made it to BIG BEN the biggest clock in england, HUGE...nice...then we walkd to westminster abbey which is a massive ass cathetral, which huoses the tombs of all english royalty, and others including shakepeare, darwin, churchill, and newton. We spent £15 to get in, and took an automated tour and it was pretty cool actrualyl....then we hit up the LONDON EYE AKA this HUGE ferris wheel going about 200 feet in the sky, it takes about an hour,a nd you get a 360 degree view of london...so took shitloads of pics and it was neato!!! then lunch, then kept walking and walking for a while and ran into tate modern museum...it was MESSED! all modern art....including works of picasso and new artists...and also this weird ass nude vidoe (weird 'art') ...which included a girl holding a hot dog and kept just putting salt on it and a naked asian dude hodling his junk and dancing like a cracked out psycho....we were disturbed and left that area haha. there was also an entirely red room with EVERYTHi\Ng in the world red, and sean went to go point out the strawberries were turning green and the alarm went off and the guard thought he was stealing. HAHA. THEN we mossied to picaldily circus and watched the QUEEN musical 'we will rock you'....SO COOL!!! The entire soundtrrack is queen songs...its a dumbass story line but the songs made it worth it....the caliber of singers would blow celine dion and whiteny houston out of the water. we were both in aww!! So COOL!! It was only £25. anyway so then we wandered around the SOHO area, which we QUICKLY discovered was the gay/lesbian area......went past a bunch of pubs with all too well dressed guys and NOONE ELSE. so finally we bought a mickey of vodka in a grocery store, poured it in2o a 2 litre of pepsi and got smashed in the streets....we then made freidns witha polish bike/taxi driver who drove us places for free, gave me his facebook, and invited us to stay with him if we ever went to poland. he was cool and very polish hhaahaha. He dropped us off " this pub/club called o'neils, a traditional english pub with 3 floors, a roof top patio, cheap drinks and good music!! Live band, then top 40 hits.....made some friends ther....got bombed....bought a happy meal from burger king that cost me £5...rip off! but a delicious rip off....then decided to walk to the hostel instead of bus (the tubes are shut down by midnight).....it took us a half hour and alot of wrong turns but WE MADE IT!!!! So therefiore we had a very eventuful day/night and now i am ready for BED and maybe not ready for waking up early tomorrow but TOO BAD!!!!

PS cammy....we love our hostel, thye have £1.5 drinks, 800 beds, noone in our room snores, and the internet is cheap and fast. As uve now read, we've also met lots of cool people and are having tooooo much fun, if at all possible. Good night all!#

sounds like ure having fun!! so.... ure on contiki now or what? whats ure group like?!?!.... hurry up and tell me about ure group. i can't wait.... and post lots cuz im living viriously through you.... also, be prepared to go again next summer.

Hey Sean and Sarah.. just wanted to update you, since i cant call you! I got my job in P.a.. so i am leaving stoon on the 13th.. gunna be living at my cabin, so when you come back home we will have to plan a weekend up here. i am super excited to go work there though, a little scared. but i wanted to let you both know!
