We're in Siem Reap right now and we LOVE it here...although we leave for Bangkok again tomorrow (which will be a 12 hour bus ride...please save me). Anywho, Siem Reap is the city where you stay when you go to see Angkor Wat which is considered one of the new man made wonders of the world or somehing. Its tons and tons and miles of ancient temples and an ancient city that was bombed and destroyed in the war against the Khmer Rouge, and it's amazing. I dont usually care at all about things like museums, or temples, or whatever but this place is the mos amazing thing I've ever seen in my life. I took like 100 pictures. It's also where Tomb Raider 2 was filmed so if you've seen that you can kind of picture how cool it is. Like something RIGht out of a movie. There's this one temple that has these creepy faces staring at you from the rocks it's made from and all the faces are different with these really odd smiles. Anyway
Our first night here we went to this bar called the Temple and watched some tradiional dancing which kind of looked like popping but in peacock costumes?? Don't ask I don't know lol but it was cool. Then we met these guys from Calgary and one of them goes to Waskesui every summer so we were friends right away haha. We requested Piece of Me and Soulja Boy first things first (after a  few drinks haha) and Cammy and I were soooooooo excited they played them back to back and all of us busted it out and were the only ones on the dance floor and I think most of the ppl there thought we were crazy. Oh well. It made me sooooo happy I was itching to get home really bad b4 that but now I can wait just because I heard those songs after 2 MONTHS. Jesus! haha maybe a litle sad? Anywho then last night I went oiut with those guys (cammy was feeling antisocial and didn't come with us) and we were up til like 5 AM and I made a Cambodian friend who wants o visit me in Canada and wanted to cook me spaghetti or something?? I dunno but she gave me a present cause we protected her from a jealous ex girlfriend who was going to punch her or something? Weird...very very strange night indeed!
Anywho thats about all we've been up to...I bough tt 2 of THE most adorable versace wallets here and PS GIRLS I bouight like 7 or 8 walles and I'm totally gunna sell them when I get home cause I went a little crazy and I obviously can't use them all hahaha so get excited! Anywho, we have 3 days in Bangkok left, 3 in Hong Kong and one on a plane on the way HOME WOOOWOOO!!! 1 week exactly! If I have ime in alll the hustle bustle I will try ot write once more!
