Best bit: huge snow capped mountains appeared all of a sudden on the horizon when I turned a corner
Worst bit: I dont like where I am staying
Distance: 150 km
Animals: shy waterrat, brown squirrel, lots of long limbed hares, lots of birds especially black birds.

The sun came out. It stayed out. I went a little red, but pedalled faster with unbridalled happiness. The wind vanished. The route was well marked. I did not get lost. I had it nearly all to myself. There were a few cheeky climgs to get the blood flowing. The fast flowing rivers shimmered as I whirred past. The castles sat enticingly on their rocky crags encouraging future visits. I arrived in Salzburg and immediately booked myself on the sound of music tour. My legs sighed with relief "thank gawd we are gonna get a break now". Two days rest are ahead of me. Ljubljana is looking very enticing...
