Today we took a Celtic Day tour through Bourne Valley! Our tour guide gave us the "politically incorrect" version; which was basically just a bunch of jokes and sarcasm put in. Anyways, it was almost a timeline tour. We started out around the first century and finished about the 18th century. We stopped at Hill of Tara, Castle of Triam, Loughcrew, a Monastery, and to the town of Dohgehda (im pretty sure I spelled the wrong, and I'm totally okay with that). Anyway, my favorite stop was definitely Loughcrew. Being able to go into the sites and see where people placed vases to allow spirits to enter heaven was such a cool thing to see. Also, the view from the top was the best view I've seen! Besides the cliffs of course. It's amazing to be such at a high point and look out and see the entire Irish countryside. Today was our last day in Ireland and I am sad to leave. I definitely feel like I experienced more things this time coming than I did back in 2013. I'm excited to head to London and visit all the sporting venues and get to know London better!
