So today started with a morning wake up call at the door of your log cabin, then a ride either by horse or cart down to River Medina for a spot of breakfast. Breakfast was huge and am still getting used to the portion sizes. The first ride is at 10am and am looking forward to riding a horse again.

The scenery was gorgeous riding along the river, it was serene after the last 2 weeks it was bliss just relaxing not worrying about sights to see or places to be. After the morning ride the sun was blazing down and i caught a glimpse of Claire whom i met last night. After a Mexican style lunch i had a blast chatting to the housewives and Claire, this place really does feel home from home.

The afternoon ride was just around the edges of the ranch and thoroughly enjoyed every moment here at the ranch, even when Tommy had to catch me when the buckle strap snapped, a couple of day is definitely too little and a week or more is needed.

This evening a Hicksville dinner was put on BBQ country style with steak as big as your head, father and son playing traditional country, a little later i headed to the bar  and met with Claire in which there was singing and group laughs galore. Have even thought about staying on an extra night... Um-mm!! maybe.
