Contiki Tour Begins

Sat Sept 11th 1993
Leaving London in my dust and hitting mainland Europe. On my way to Dover for a Night Ferry. Starting to get to know some of the people on the same tour. Most of the group are Aussies and Kiwis. Everyone is quite shy, groups are forming based on the country they are from. There are a few women form Canada, I'm the only guy from Canada.
We are expected to arrive in Paris at around 1800. My roomates on the first night of the tour is Mark from Capetown, SA and Mick from Sydney. After getting settled we did a night tour of Paris, lots of the major sights were light up.
Spent the night hanging out with others having a few pints in Paris.
