After nearly 2 days of back and forth to the police station we had aquired a police report and had managed purchase some underwear to get us by until we were in somewhere that sold clothes other than size XS for kids, and then size XXXXL. Bolivia is not the place for clothes shopping!

Our main reasons for coming to Tupiza was to do a horse back ride around the ´wild west´scenery which is known as Billy the Kid territory. The other to start our tour of the Salt Flats which ends up in Uyuni.

We booked our tour with Tupiza tours (this is where Archie our lifesaver works!) to depart the following day and squeeze in our horse riding this afternoon.

Not having done any horse riding for quite some time I was a little apprehensive to begin with, but soon created my own horse riding style that looked rediculous but felt safe and semi comfortable.Han and Shae found it very amussing mimicking me as I sat slightly out of my sadle lent forward with my bum stuck out far to far....not quite Clint Eastward, even with the hat!

The ride was really amazing, with rich red rocky faces towering and surrounding us. We took a break from riding in a small cannyon...this is where our Wild West experience turned into a horse sex show!

I was riding the only female horse in the group with the others on 5 randy males. From the start the males made that quite clear. So as soon as we stoped they decdied it was time for a little horsey loving. Considering what had happened in the last few days, we all found it pretty amusing!  I was surprised that our guide was encouraging it, but he said it will make them all much calmer for the ride back.

A really funny experience leaving me with sore legs and bum!
