I flew into Frankfurt on the 2nd and since the flight to Berlin (my reason for coming to Germany) was much cheaper on the 3rd from Ryan air I decided to tough it out and spend 30 hours in the airport. At this point I'd become pretty burned out from traveling (India had really beatin' me up) and actually inquired about going home early. Not gonna happen it was just going to cost too much and be too complicated so I'll tough it out.

But after purchasing some dinner which came with a beautiful tall glass of Hefewiezen beer I got my travel spine back. The taste of that delightful spirit just brought back all the wonderful memeories of Europe to me. My first hefewiezen and one of my first beers ever in Belgium, the glossy wet cobble stone squares in Prauge, the magical fountains in Italy, all of it came rushing back and that beer was one of the most delicious things I'd had in some time. A couple meat sandwhiches with the amazing bread Germany is known for cemented my ability to move on. This was the first meat I'd had since entering India a month ago.
