A wonderful place. Beautiful European architecture and character mixed with the wondrous Veit markets and culture. So photogenic. Great beaches, wonderful food options, we had a perfect crew gathered up to enjoy all it had to offer...And got to love all those aged ladies with cracked faces and deep set eyes shaded by the ubiquitous but still exotic conical hats.

From my journal:

Hoi An, beautiful French inspired architecture, fading brilliant colors, cafes, baked goods, best market I've seen yet, river hotel, great breakfasts, hanging with new crew including the girls Yas, Stacey and Francine now named Claire. One of the Best party nights of my life at the Beach Party, dancing drinking and yes... more skinny-dipping.
