10PM leaving Bangkok on the train to Chang Mai.
Today I took a day tour to Kanchanaburi 2 hrs. West of Bangkok. Great day visiting the War Museum which chronicled the story of the Death Train that runs from Bangkok to Burma, was built by the Japanese during the war to deliver supplies and for which nearly 150,000 mostly Asian but some prisoners of war and Americans died building. Then to ride the train. Then to the erwan falls and caves, then to Tiger Temple.Pet the tigers!!!! Fantastic Day and met Laura and Jim, from London and Canada and then ended night with fantastic Indian food near my hotel.
