Lyndon B. Johnson Library and Museum is located on the grounds of Texas University in Austin, Texas. President Johnson insisted that the library bearing his name exist for the people to visit free of charge. To this day, it is the only presidential library without an admission fee.
The Library and Museum has ten floors of which 4 floors are his Library. Four floors display exhibits, artifacts and galleries. The fourth floor is mostly dedicated to Walter Cronkite, a TV broadcaster, commentator but most of all a friend. The tenth floor displays a replica of LBJ's "oval office" in Washington D.C. and a tribute to Lady Bird.
