I am leaving this lovely island, its friendly cook who provided me with plenty of salad and fruit, great staff and the air-conditioned bure with a limp and a few more mosquito bites. Tried to do my PB around the island and fell on the rocks so am now covered in plasters.

We won the kayak race around the island too. Shame there were not any other participants.

Simon says: Best yet and I swam in the same pool as Rebecca Loos and Abi Titmuss.

Hm. I have no respect for ladies like that.
