Meditation time.... This will be a real test of my sticking ability..  I am determined not to bail out of this one early as i see it as a goal and a challange to get through this very tough time..  If only my bum wasnt bruised from the pre historic roads in Myanmar!!  Feel the pain, fight the pain... ha ha

I have to be at the site at the beginning of the month and hope there is a space as you cant book in advance so i am making sure i get there a few days before...  I will be back into civilisation on the 10th April so feel free to phone me on my Thai number after then, oh and between the 26th and the 31st march..  If you dont have it then just mail me and i will set you up with it (as dont have it on me now)..
