Up to date once again!!!
I am now in the city of Kunming. It is the 10th November and i have been here for 3 days. There isnt much to see here really as most people just use it as a hub for transport and arranging visas so that pretty much sums up why i am here. :) The day after i arrived i headed straight to the Vietnamese consulate and put my paper work through to enable me to get my visa for Vietnam. It takes 3 working days to process. I am currently sat in an internet cafe rushing this entry through as i have to pick it up in an hour or so so have to coordinate which bus i need to get and remember where i need to get off!!
FYI, Rob and i have now parted company so i am traveling solo once again which actually feels good.. :) I have had a fantastic time traveling through china with rob and i think we worked well as a team and we have had a reet laugh to boot. He left for Laos last night so is also on his own solo mission with the aim of getting to Thailand for new years to meet up with some of his mates who are traveling out to see him.. :) I am going to try and get there myself as it would be cool to spend new years at a full moon party but i guess i will just have to see how south east asia pans out - i really dont want to rush through so i will play it by ear..
I will leave it there for china, thanks for spending the time reading through my mamoth blogs and to all of you that have mailed me over the last 2 months; it is always nice to hear from you all.
This is chocka beek chocking out.. (of china)
