There is a reason they call it the rain forest!  Unfortunately it has been raining pretty much non stop since we arrived.  We did finally get our luggage which in and of itself was miracle.

We have toured the leeward side of the isalnd and the beaches at Castara and Englishmen's Bay really are beautiful ...and would be even moreso if there was sun! 

However, this notion that Englishmens' is one of the best in the whole Caribbean is a bit much...it's not even close to Vieques and many other Virgin Islands for example...

We are trying to remain up beat but we're soggy and mosquito bitten!

wet and soggy?
Well cry me a river!! We are icy and cold!!! It is minus 29 and windy! Sorry to hear the weather isn't great - not what you would hope for BUT it is so cold here I won't even take the poor doggy for a walk!
