For our last day with the rental bikes, we drove out to Panglao Island to see Hinagdanan cave and Alona Beach. The cave was pretty cool but not quite like the caverns I'm used to in the US where you can walk through multiple caves for some time. This was just one single cave you walked down into which had a fairly large pool of water in it that locals were swimming in. I climbed around the perimeter of the cave a little bit, took some photos, then we left.

Alona Beach was beautiful. While not the sugary white sands we were hoping for (ala Boracay), it was still nice to get to relax by and in the water. The place was a bit of a tourist trap though with overpriced restaurants lining the beach and lots of foreign tourists lounging around. We hung out for a couple hours on the beach and ate lunch at one of the more reasonable seafood restaurants then headed back to Bohol island.
