Now it's another layover in Los Angeles before my 16 hour flight to New Zealand (with a plane change in Fiji - wish I could stay there for a bit!) I've also never seen LA, but I don't think the airport counts in order for me to check it off of my list (of course I realize that seeing the Grand Canyon from an airplane doesn't count, either), so I'll have to plan future trips to California. Otherwise, not much to report from LAX....Next entry should be after my arrival in Auckland, NZ, stay tuned!

OK, now you have me confused about the date line
Your LA entry reads Tues, Mar 24 at 11-ish at night - but that hasn't happened here yet. Does that mean it was posted after you landed in Fiji? Or in New Zealand? Or are you in a magic time machine?

Hope you're having fun so far!!! Grand adventures...

(don't regret packing light, but let me know if there's anything you miss and I'll bring it with me)
