Congratulations to Jessica "Guacamole" and Steven "Esteban El Guapo" who got engaged today!  We are very happy for you and wish you lots of happiness and guacamole in your future together!

We met Jessie & Steve in Campeche, Mexico and later ran into them in San Cristobal and shared a great evening of wine and chatter.  They were nearing the end of their 1 year tour aruond the world.  They started in South America and originally planned to be gone for 6 months.  They had such a great time that they decided to extend it to a full year and cruise up through Central America and Mexico.  After they left San Cristobal, they headed up towards Mexico City and flew over to Tahiti for a week of relaxation to conclude their year-long journey.  Such a relaxing and romantic week in the South Pacific that they got engaged!
