Hello everyone! I found this website and thought it would be an easy way to keep everyone updated on what I'm doing in Hungary. I'll also be able to post lots of pictures =)

I'm going to use this first post to mostly just post up the pictures that I have so far. I've seen a lot in Budapest already, but I don't know a lot about what I've seen. I plan on revisiting a lot of places and spending more time there to learn about what I'm seeing!

So just really quickly, so far my first three weeks in Budapest have been insanely busy. Getting here was an adventure full of delayed flights, missed connections, and lost luggage! I really enjoyed my stay in the hostel. It was a lot of fun meeting people from all over the world!! The orientation week for school was full of get to know you events which was also a lot of fun. It was a very fun week although it was really busy and really stressful.

Things are starting to settle down here a little. I've gotten settled into my flat with my flatmate, Lucie from New Hampshire. I'm learning my way around Budapest pretty well. I don't need my map anymore for the most part!! Which is good because it's starting to fall apart from getting way too much use! This week is the third week of classes and I already have some midterms coming up. It's amazing how fast time flies by!

After this initial post, I'll try to put up pictures and blogs more often that will have more explanation to them. Enjoy!
