 After managing to somehow sorting out a room in the city, having not booked anything in advance, I caught with a few friends to watch England play South Africa at the pub. England looked completely out of place as they were beaten solidly 36-0.

They looked like they would be lucky to reach the quarter finals, but what do I know ...

 The following day was NZ's 3rd pool match against the lowest ranked team, Portugal. As expected the All Blacks won comfortably, 108-13, but you have to hand it to the Portuguese, they know how to celebrate especially when they got a well deserved try.


Straight after the game I had to head north for a solid day of driving, as I needed to catch an early morning ferry the next day.
