Well, we went to Petawawa, which is a little town pretty close to Ottawa(two hours). We went there to go see Margot a friend of Mama’s. We thought we could go see her house and visit her for a couple days. But then we learnt that she was camping just half an hour out of Petawawa. The camping Ground was called Pinecone on Round Lake. So we decided to go camping with her (and her female dog “Charlie”) but just for night.
The lake there was beautiful. But the bad thing there was that there was allot of SPIDERS, which I hate ever so much.  After supper we went swimming in the lake which wasn’t so bad especially since there   were no crabs crawling around on the lake floor unlike a lot of lakes.  After that, we had a nice fire and then we all head to bed. The next morning we headed to the beach one last time before we go. To our surprise the lake was still very warm. We where lucky enough to have some time on the lake, in some canoes, a kayak, and a paddle boat.lots of boats, but they only just fit us all. We swam for an hour and a little bit and then we had a big brunch for our empty stomachs. Then after that we cleaned up and packed  our bags and before long we were driving to Ottawa, the capital of Canada. (Celina)
