280 Billion Dollars... That's what the US attack on Iraq is costing so far...
two hundred and eighty billion...
George has just asked for this new 80 Billion "informally" as they said on the radio...
"So uh, hey guys... Do you think I Could have another 80 BILLION DOLLARS to kill Iraqi's and destroy their country?"
"Oh... yeah sure George... just take whatever you want... ya know?"

Imagine what 280 BILLION DOLLARS could do for the people of America??? Maybe wipe out poverty? Maybe have universal healthcare? Maybe make sure the next generation has social security? Maybe improve education? Maybe update public transit in every city to get downtowns thriving again???

It boggles my mind... It's so goddamn shitty... I can't even think about it too much because it would make me go insane with desperation...

Did you know that Germany is doing away with free education?

I just doesn't seem like this world is going anywhere but straight down the toilet...
