I got a package from a mysterious woman in Portland OR. It contains FABULOUS HOMEMADE VEGAN MARSHMALLOWS!!!!

I shit you not....

I've been trying to concot them for about 6 years. You do not understand how awed and extactic I am. I feel like I've won a million dollars. I haven't been this happy since who knows when. She is my god... She is giving me the recipe and all the necessary details like the exact electric mixer she uses and the exact vegan gelatin (recently found out that agar doesn't cut it).

In a totally unrelated note I convinced my father to buy a cheap flat screen monitor so I wouldn't be straining my neck to the right when I do computer work. This will save me on chiropractor bills...
