If you weren't in Toronto on Jan 15th you missed a very funny, very neat film by my "surrogate brother" B K. It was his first feature and I did the location sound and about 1/2 of the sound editing and most of the sound design. It was my first feature too! There were 250 people there! The manager said they don't even get that many in for Hollywood films most of the time. It was too grand for words... My parents even came and they met Francois and one of the actors, Scott. It was the first day out of Windsor my mother has had in TWO YEARS... thank you B...
And thanks to Jonathan, Carla, Francois, Firoza, Anna, Matt, Ray (spelling?) (She looks like ME!!), Shawn (again is the spelling right?) and Michele (especially Michele) for attending...
Got no pics... maybe B will give me one...
In other feats of wonder I made the Black Forest cake again and this time Francois and Firoza were there with a nice digital camera. Nods to birthday boys B and Jeff who unfortunatley didn't get to actually eat any...
