Hi Guys, well i flew from Buenos Aires back to Santiago on the 20th April & headed north to San Pedro De Atacama a small town in the dessert where i will cross the border to Bolivia. I visited Moon Valley in San Pedro then booked a dessert tour which is 3 days all inclusive with Guide & max 6 pax. There was me,Beata & 3 Kiwi´s Tammy,Trevor & Andy form Palmerston North. The trip was awesome, we saw white lagoons, green lagoons, red lagoons, black lagoons, semi active volcanos, swam in natural hotpools, stayed in a hotel all made out of salt, ate luunch in the dessert & shared my food with wild foxes, went to museums to see sculpters made of of salt, watched a sunrise & drove for miles over salt plains, it wwas amazing. We arrived at Uyuni & i got a night bus to La Paz, which is a lovely city with lots of street markets & i was lucky enough to see a street carnival. After a few days i headed to Copacabana, Lake titicaca & took an Island tour for a day & visited a church where they bless cars!

Next stop is Peru!

Take care luv Jo.

Love your updates Jo! Keep them coming. It's a great to get lost in your photos for a while and imagine I'm there in South America and you're here at the Mirror :)

Safe travels, Lou
