Still in Roses .....

Just a quick update.  We are still in Roses on the Costa Brava - Rob and Alfie haven't done very well with the busking so we've had to stay on longer (not made enough to buy a couple of coffees let alone two new bikes!).  After the bikes were stolen we fancied staying put for a few days to chill out a bit and Roses seemed a good place to do that.  There's plenty to do around here, Alfie's glad to get back to the beach and we've found a good site for just £6.50 a night!  Been to Cadaques today, a very picturesque fishing village which was home to Salvador Dali.  We had planned to visit the museum there which is set up in his old home, but it was closed (just like the rest of Spain!).  Cadaques is much nicer than Figueres where Dali was born (and where our bikes were stolen!).  Also had a trip out to a place called Pals which was very nice - we've put a few pics on.  We'll be leaving Spain at the weekend (can't believe we've been here two months now) and heading into France - we're only about 30 miles off the border.  Then Daisy will be running on gas again (and we will too if we eat much more paella!).  Lots of love to you all at home  (hope you've all got your sledges ready - hear there's lots of snow forecast!).
