We've arrived in the Uzbek capital after our very "Japanese" sight-seeing tour of the country - three culturally outstanding cities, hundreds of miles apart, in three and a half days could be seen by some as a bit quick - but needs must as the devil drives. We needed to make it back to Tashkent tonight in order to meet up with our fellow travellers tomorrow morning - these are the people we'll be spending time with until we get to Bishkek at the end of the month.
