Those of you of a certain age will no doubt remember "Frogger", the classic 80s game that required you to steer a frog across the road without it getting squished. That game, we can report, is based on Tbilisi - where your intrepid reporters spent so much time trying to cross a standard Soviet era 6 lane road in the middle of town that they eventually felt they had to cop out and catch a taxi from there to where they were going!
We've also noticed a distinct upsurge in the number of post-Soviet gangster-looking types - two shoulder-holstered guns appears to be de rigeur in some parts of town...
