My friend gave us a Sri Lankan feast never to be forgotten!!  Once again, an evening to stimulate both the taste buds and the other senses as I was introduced to some fascinating people.  I met this French lady who runs 'Sports with Borders' at the ladies park in Kabul.  She has invited me to practice meditation with the ladies there as a form of relaxation.  I'm going to look into this...
