OK, so I've crossed the 2.5weeks mark and I'm becoming familiar with the way things happen here. I've finally found a charming villa in Kalola Pushta area with fabulous views of the surrounding hills. It's a 3 storey house, I've rented the top two floors and I have my own private entrance which is quite convenient. My cats are loving the space, more than enough room to swing more than two cats.
The last few days have been filled with Retail Therapy or should I say imposed retail activity. I've been shoping for curtains, carpets and a new kitchen. Everything is available here in all colours and variety, however one needs to be prepared to bad quality and poor workmanship. Saying that, the shopkeepers are very accommodating and very keen to help, obviously I'm paying them for it, but still I enjoyed the experience. I've also learnt that you need to force them to write things down, business is does verbally here and can create a lot of problems as I found with my kitchen. It was delivered to my doorstep with a carpenter without me evn placing a final order. The shopkeeper thought that as we'd agreed on a price the deal was done.
