An evening in HARMONY

This evening I was invited to a gathering where the theme was HARMONY. Invitees were encouraged to share readings, music, presentations on anything related to HARMONY. It was pot-luck so followed by dinner in the end. There must have been about 16 of us, from all parts of the world. We had readings, poetry, drums, music, even whistling... I made my first attempt at a group meditation session aiming to send healing to those inflicted by anything in this world. It went down really well and it's given me confidence to practice this in future groups even more.
