Oh my gosh, what a riot!  We went back to the dump this evening and hung out with the families for quite a long time.  They were really happy to see us again & were much more casual and comfortable - they came right up and hugged us & gave us high-fives, etc.  Everyone was laughing and excited, it was awesome!

All night long they joked and laughed about our little incident as we were leaving the village the other night - they kept repeating my last words to Tom before he hopped onto the back of the cart & tipped us all over - "Jump Honey!" (only run together as if it were one word).  Christopher had them act out the scene of Tom running & jumping on the cart, and when Heather acted as though she was being flown into the air, everyone just started roaring - it was hilarious!

Mar handed out 5 disposable cameras to the older kids with the assignment of photographing their daily life and work.  She offered to pay 50 rupies for the best of each person's photos.  They were so excited they couldn't stop taking pictures - the only problem was they kept taking photos of us, lol!  Christopher tried to get them to understand that that was defeating the purpose of the assignment, but they were having too much fun clicking away and posing around us, so we just let them be.

Heather got to hold a little baby for most of the night, and found herself surrounded by many of the little kids, (which she loved); Alanna had her feet painted again by Lolita's mom; we made arrangements to take the 4 teenage girls out shopping on Saturday morning for new outfits to wear to the party on Saturday night; and Alanna saw the largest rat she has ever seen running through the garbage right behind her (which explained her sudden jumping to her feet on top of the bench we were sitting on, lol!).

Unfortunately Tom could not come this evening because he was so sick to his stomach all day.  Everyone missed his music and wished he was there.
