After a long fifteen hour journey from Yangshuo on an overnight sleeper-bus Pea and I finally made it back to Hong Kong.
The trip was only meant to take us around 10 hours but it was delayed and didn't drop us on right side of town. Once again, noone spoke english but luckily we found a nice Chinese lady (who wanted to practice her english on us) guide us in the right direction of the Honkers border with two other back packers in tow. After eventually finding our way to Pea's hostel on Nathan Road in Kowloon we didn't have much of the day left as I had to leave at 8.00 for the airport. We dumped our bags and went off for an adventure across to HK Island on the ferry, around ritzy Soho for dinner and back up to the night markets in Kowloon to buy some nick nacks.
Then it was time to go!
