Arrived at Niagara Falls in the afternoon and parked on the Canadian side, by Clifton Hill, and walekd down to the Maid of the Mist. I'd been on it before when I was a kid but I didn't remember getting so wet - but wet is what we got. Good thing they give you the waterproof coverings. The boat is really good as you get to appreciate the sheer power of the waterfalls without drowning, and the mist that comes off the bottom of the falls is amzing. Something that we can't really do justice with the photos.
After the boat we took some photos from one of the observation points, then walked back along Clifton Hill. Clifton Hill is basically a tacky, touristy place where you can buy the usual souvenirs and gifts. Then it was back in the car for the drive back to Rochester.
