Breakfast at Wanganui

When we woke up, I saw a rabbit in the field next to the campervan. We then drove 60km to Wanganui and stopped by the river for breakfast. We saw a couple of birds floating down the river on a piece of wood.
We then drove all the way to Whakapapa Ski field and checked that it was all due to open on the 24th. Camped at the Discovery Lodge which was $10 per persion for a powered site. The cheapest so far. It had a lounge room with free dvds and free pool, so we kept ourselves busy in the evening.
