Hi Everyone

This is my first of what will hopefully be many entries onto this website while I'm traveling. I'd like to thank everyone who managed to make it out for my leaving nights on Friday and Saturday. I had an absolutely excellent time and I hope you all did as well.

Tomorrow is my last day in Nottingham, before I head down to Watford to stay with some uni mates (Andy & Hayley) and then on Thursday I head to Heathrow. With any luck I will avoid any problems caused by the BA strike (if it goes ahead). I am due to fly out of Heathrow at 6.30pm, from there I will head to Hongkong to get a connect flight to Bangkok, I shall arrive in Thailand from 6pm, on Friday 2nd Feb.

My next entry will be in Thailand, where I will be working with elephants for a week, which probably means I'll be shoveling there poo around. I wish you all the best for this year, and will hopefully see you in a year. Remember to keep in touch.

And so the journey begins......................

Back to civilisation
Hi everyone,
I'm now back in Chiang Mai, after working with elephants for a week unfortunately there wasn't any pcs, phones, or HOT water so feeling really dirty but had an amazing time. I managed to avoid poo shovelling for most of the week, but there were plenty of other jobs to do e.g cut down banana trees in the jungle or fire breakin. ( I might even be on Aussie TV)i'll update you all sometime tomorrow - I've got a lot to write about. Hope everyone is ok. See you soon.
