All the "burgs", seeming to blend in together. In Franconia now, but still in Bavaria. We decided to go separate ways today, Gary went on a tour to Wurzburg and visited the world heritage Residenz of the Prince Bishop. It is one of the largest in Germany, enormous frescoe and "Imperial Hall".

He did a lot of walking that day, and then in the afternoon climbed a hill to see the fortress and the views. I will tell you where I went in the next entry.

This eveing we were entertained by a Glass Blower, simply fantastic, long family history of this skill. And the man himself was so entertaining with jokes and stories of his life. And the glass itself, what can I say, just beautiful.
