Heading North
Entry 95 of 112 | show all | print this entry |
Early start in time to catch the Pachamama bus going north. First impressions good. the guide Jorge, is excellent and far more engaging than Melissia on the south tour. The group seem to be fun, without being too young, and I have a good feeling about the trip evan after the first 30 minutes on the bus.
I´ll fill in the names later but we stopped en route at a tranquil fishing village before getting a tour of La Serena and heading to the hostel. Not the greatest place I´ve stayed but that´s the nature of hostels, you never know what you are going to get. At least I had a twin room with the Pachamam trainee guide, Jersen.
