First up we went to the "Waiotapu thermal wonderland". This is one of those volcanic thermal springs. Lots of bubbling pools of hot water, bubbling mud and the odd spouting geyser. Oh, and lots of sulphur and the accompanying delightful smell.

Then off to the volcanic valley for a walk through a valley with lots of volcanic bits. More steaming and bubbling water. And just before leaving, Sarah saw a Wallaby - must have been a bit lost!
