Skip played golf first thing and then we took the bus into Dublin and went to Trinity College to take the Hop on Hop off bus to see parts of Dublin and places we want to see.
We next went to the Guinness Storehouse
Then we went to Phoenix Park which is the largest enclosed park in Europe, with a Circumference of 11km (7m) and a total area of 712 hectares (1,760 acres). Situated 3km (2m) west of the city centre. Ornamental gardens, nature trails, and broad expanses of grassland, separated by avenues of trees, including oak, beech, pine, chestnut, and lime. Livestock graze peacefully on pasturelands, deer roam the forested areas, and horses romp on polo fields.
To get to the North of the River LIffey, you go across the O'Connell Bridge named after Daniel O'Connell.
We think we didn't do much but we cannot remember! We know we packed for our trip to Galway the next day, but nothing significant happened that day.
