Well now we have to try and remember it all, as it is now the 18th of March.  We arrived back to the beach resort, after a 5 hour drive, as Gorgona is close to Panama City, and Las Olas is just below the frontier (border) with Costa Rica.  As I arrived, my back went out on me for the first time in years.  I went to a hospital and saw a specialist.  The treatment was good, and I recovered by the time we were leaving Panama.  I was almost convinced that I was looking at spinal surgery again, as this was a major pain event.

We had another good week at Las Olas, and forgot the rest of the world for a while.  We made some new friends at Los Olas, as most of the people there are Canadians, and some Americans.
check this out on the website:  Very relaxing and very comfortable beds.  The one bedroom (jr) suites have a little kitchenette.  With the addition of an electric frypan, it worked out well.  The fresh fish on the beach is absolutely from heaven.
