So as some people may have gathered after my last entry, i was a lil burnt out after the bus ride, and just a lil frustrated with the sitaution BUT theres good news!
Since the last entry things have really turned around, what a differnce a day makes eh!
After my last entry i called up a peruvian friend from CS, his name was cesar.
We met at 11 in front of dejavu, well i was infront of dejavu the club at 11 he showed up around 11 30.
hes pretty much the bar star of arequipa, He knew everyone, And he works in tourism so he always had a line up of gringas tryin to hook up with him.
The male to female ratio in this town is INSAIN, the bar and streets were just packed with hot young peruvians (sorry everyone from chile, but there are some pretty good looking girls in peru) i've never seen anything quit like it, other areas of south america have good odds as well, but this night i could really see it.
As well the girls are really aggressive and love gringos, lol i've never felt soo special, at one point in the night i literally was being pulled in 2 directions with each hand to dance with differnt girls, then as the photos show, i got pulled up to dance on the tables....
Its so funny when the peruvian girls get there hands on you they got a pretty strong grip, and they get really jelous really fast, like one dance and suddenly they dont wana let you go.
i felt like such meat jaja it was great.
Sunday buscando un pelea de pollo jaja
I had made plans with one of the peruvians i had met he was gonna help me forfill my distiny of seeing a chicken or bull fight, unfortuantly due to it being easter week, there was no fights, But i got a 4 hour tour of the poorest areas knockin on the back of warehouses and stuff askin if this was were the chicken fights were.
At one point we even had the taxi driver so determined to show the gringo a fight he went to his brother in laws house to get the inside scoup aparently his brother in law is like conected in that sort of stuff, regardless was a fun adventure.
So far everyone in peru has been so amazingly friendly and gone the extra kilometer.

Another crazy thing, While on my quest to see to chickens fight to the death i bumped into some cousins from uruguay lol what a small world, they were so surrprised coz i was in uruguay like 4 months ago i think the assumed i would be long back in canada.
Then there like hey wait your speaking spanish!! too funny.

One cool thing i found here in arequipa is they have people with bright vests on who rent you there cell phone, sorta like a mobile payphone cool idea eh.
Tonight is St patties day, should be a fun party, as well i am going for guinipeg for dinner YUM lol
