Well my story in tucuman probably isn´t the most exciting one so feel free to not read the entery and just look at the scenery.

I think i got a lil sick while in salta, due to the drastic weather changes and burning the candle on both ends.
But i´m not so sick that if i was in canada my mom would probably tell me to tough it out and goto work :P

My first day in tucuman i think i wrote about for the most part, i found the hostel eventually, then went out with a local friend from couchsurfing.
I came back to the hostel to find some old friends from salta were there wondering where i was since i was signed in.

The hostel
The hostel in salta wasnt very great, only one bathroom and one shower for like 40 people, everyone seemed to be from buenos aires (nothing wrong with that)
Just a differnt vibe then in salta.

Couchsurfing
So i was offered by my new couchsurfing friend to stay with her at her apartment which was maybe 10 blocks from the hostel, so i acepted the hostel hoping a few peaceful days out of a hostel would be good for my health.

Other then that i havn´t been doing to much just taking it easy hanging out with virginina my CS host, We went out to eat in some fancy area on the outskirts of town, sorta reminded me of south edmonton common, which kinda makes me sad that the whole world is becoming the same but anyways...
She took me for a tour of the city we had some mate, just some nice chilled out tucuman living :D

Yesterday i bought my bus ticket which was about 30 bucks, my new lonly planet told me 12, which aparently is about 2 years outdated, so seems like when they updated the book, they did it half assed, i guess when everyones buyin your book who cares if the info is current right?
Anyways virginia told me that all the prices have gone up and 12 us dollars for the bus ticket was maybe 2 years ago, seems like all around the world people are earning the same as a few years ago but prices are doubling, not sure why that is.. 2

While at the bus station i attempted to get a desperatly needed haircut.
The bus station is connected to a half assed mall, which conviently had a hair salon, So i asked how much the told me 5 bucks so i said sure, then they said it´d be about 20 min so i said i´d wait, so i sat down and waited.
After 45 min of waiting i noticed the 2 girls hadn´t cut anyones hair, but yet i was still in cue(only person in the salon), then i heard something about going to get lunch so i gave up and left.

2nd try,
later on i met up with virginia when she was finished work to get a hair cut, unfortunatly they only had one electric razor and it was broken.

3rd try
finnally we found another hair salon but it had begun raining furiously, So much so that all the power went out.

4th try
Finnally the power came one and we found a hair salon with a transvestite receptionist, by this point i didnt care anymore and just wanted a hair cut 3

Lets just say i´ve had better hair cuts lucky its short and in a month when i´m in chile i can probably fix it, so when you see the next photos with me try not to laugh to much.

Today its still raining.
So went for breakfast then decided to kill some time on the internet, Theres really not much to do when your traveling and the weather sucks.
Tongiht at 11:55 i catch a bus to cordoba arriving at 7-8am in the morning.
I booked with a bus company called flechabus, It seems to be pretty good this is my 4th time using them so i´ve come to know and trust them so i figured i´ll keep with a good thing thus far.
This evening i am going to some other town with virginia to visit her mom hehe should be interesting, Then she promises to have me at the bus terminal for 10pm so i can take my bus to cordoba.

Well thats all from tucuman
Take care
